Are the products in the online shop “new”? What does “refurbished” mean and what condition does a volume have that is “as good as new”?
Our shop mainly carries products that are not new, but re-grabbed, i.e. refurbished
The essential features, i.e. the coating, the holes for attaching the elements to the climbing wall or the T-nuts, function like a new product.

What is the difference between ReGrab and resurfacing climbing holds and volumes?
ReGrab is a major overhaul of macros, grips and volume.
For macros and volumes, we remove the old coating, repair all damaged areas, renew the mounting holes and, for volumes, the T-nuts. This means your macro or volume comes back to you "as good as new".

What distinguishes the ReGrab subscription from other ReGrab offers?
The ReGrab subscription is intended for customers who have a high demand for ReGrab for grips, macros or volume and still want to have full cost control.
When can I start with the ReGrab subscription?
The ReGrab subscription can always be started at the next month and ended at the next cycle.
What additional costs can I expect with the ReGrab subscription?
None. The subscription includes all shipping costs and all costs for regrabbing the volume you have booked.

How much does ReGrab cost?
On average, the Re Grab service costs about 65%, ReGrabbed macros and volumes about 75% of the new price.
The price for macros depends on the size of the individual elements. There are product categories S, M and L.
The price for volume is determined by the weight of the individual volumes. The categories XS-XL differ in their price per kilogram.
Condition and variations
Which products can I have ReGrabbed?
We currently offer ReGrab for macros made from glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) and for volumes made from at least 18mm thick multiplex (birch).
We are already working hard on a solution for holds made of polyurethane (PU) and polyethylene (PE).
When is it too late for ReGrab?
Safety is a major concern for all of us!
But it is only too late when:
- Macros or handles are torn or broken.
- The material of your macros no longer makes it possible to place new attachment points.
- Adhesive bonds are no longer intact when volume is exceeded.
Can I choose the color of my handles and volumes?
Yes! In principle, the color of the products can be freely chosen. If this is not the case, we will expressly point this out. The available colors are:
- Black (RAL 9005)
- White (RAL 9010)
- Grey (RAL 7040)
- Red (RAL 3020)
- Yellow (RAL 1023)
- Blue (RAL 5015)
- Turquoise (RAL 5018)
- Green (RAL 6037)
- Violet (RAL 4008)
Shipping/Delivery
How are the shipping costs calculated?
We pack the products in 4 categories: package, EURO pallet, disposable pallet 200x80 cm or disposable pallet 140x140cm. Depending on the size of the set and the individual shapes, we determine the packing size. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible and design the sets accordingly.
I have products in my shopping cart that can be shipped together, but the shipping is charged twice. What can I do?

How long are the delivery times?
Delivery times within
Germany is usually 2-5 working days. In addition, there is the
Order processing time. This can take 5 – 20 working days.
